If you are unhappy with our domain services, you can submit a complaint using the process below.

Step 2 — Provide Details

Include your name, account email, domain name, order details and a clear description of the issue.

Step 3 — Review

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and provide a full response within 5 business days where possible.

Step 4 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response, your complaint may be escalated for further internal review.
